Digital guided CBT with SilverCloud® by Amwell®
Digital-guided cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is available to help manage mental health and well-being.
The HSE and SilverCloud® provide internet-based CBT for people over the age of 18 in programmes that run for up to 8 weeks. The platform is accessible 24 hours a day.
