A very special Ellie has found her place at Shannon College of Hotel Management, University of Galway. 🐘💗

The ‘Elephant for Sarah’ has been unveiled in memory of Sarah O’Farrell, thanks to the extraordinary fundraising of Sarah’s family, including her sister Anna O’Farrell. https://www.gofundme.com/f/an-elephant-for-sarah

Now standing in the college atrium, Ellie will act as a visible reminder for students and staff that conversations around mental health should never be hidden or avoided — and that it’s okay to talk, ask for support, and check in with one another.

A heartfelt thank you to Anna, Maeve O’Keeffe and family, Shannon College of Hotel Management, University of Galway, and everyone involved in bringing this meaningful project to life.
